What to Include
Help us help you faster by including:
- Account email - The email you signed up with
- Problem description - What you're trying to do and what's happening
- Error details - Error codes, messages, request IDs
- Steps to reproduce - How we can recreate the issue
- Request examples - Sanitized API requests (remove API keys!)
Example Support Request
Subject: DKIM verification failing for mail.example.com
Account: developer@mycompany.com
Problem:
I added DNS records for mail.example.com yesterday but verification
keeps failing.
Error:
Error code: dns_record_not_found
Message: "DKIM record send1._domainkey.mail.example.com not found"
Steps taken:
1. Added all 3 DKIM CNAME records in Cloudflare
2. Waited 24 hours
3. Clicked "Verify DNS" in dashboard
4. Still shows "pending"
